In short
- Zyra is a paid app sold on Google Play. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use it.
- Inside the app you can buy optional packs of premium icon requests. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
- Google Play handles all payments and refunds. We never see your card details.
- The icons, widgets and wallpapers are our original work. You can use them on your own devices, but you can't redistribute or resell them.
- If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the law in your country gives you.
1.About these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to Zyra Icon Pack & Widgets ("Zyra" or "the app"), the Android app with package name com.akustom15.zyra, distributed through Google Play. They apply only to this app.
By downloading, installing or using Zyra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Your purchase on Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
2.Who provides Zyra
Zyra is developed and sold by an individual developer acting as a trader under European Union and United Kingdom consumer law.

The full postal address and phone number of the trader appear in the developer details of the Zyra listing on Google Play.
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AKustom15, and "you" means the person using the app.
3.What Zyra includes
Zyra is a home-screen customization app. It includes:
- An icon pack that you apply through a compatible Android launcher.
- Native home-screen widgets, such as clock, date and calendar, weather, battery, music, alarm, activity and mixed panels. No KWGT or other apps are needed for them.
- A wallpaper catalog that you can apply from the app.
- Icon requests: you can ask for icons for apps that don't have one yet. A number of requests are free, and you can buy extra premium requests (see section 5).
The number of icons, widgets and wallpapers grows over time and is shown on the Google Play listing. Some widgets need optional permissions, such as approximate location for weather or Health Connect for the activity widget. If you don't grant a permission, only the widget that needs it stops showing data.
The weather, activity and other information shown in the widgets is for general information only. The activity widget is not a medical device and must not be used for medical decisions.
4.Purchase and license
Zyra is a paid app. You buy it once through Google Play, at the price shown there in your local currency, including any taxes Google Play applies.
When you buy Zyra, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app, and the icons, widgets and wallpapers it contains, on Android devices linked to the Google account you used to buy it. The license is for your personal, non-commercial use. You don't acquire ownership of the app or its content.
To protect the app against piracy, Zyra checks with Google Play that it was obtained from Google Play. Modified copies or copies obtained from other sources may not work and are not covered by these Terms.
6.Refunds and right of withdrawal
All payments are processed by Google Play. Refunds for the app and for in-app purchases are handled under the Google Play refund policies. You can usually request a refund directly from Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase.
After that period, you can still write to us. If a purchase didn't work as described, or we couldn't deliver the icons you paid for, we will try to solve it, and where appropriate we will help you get a refund.
Consumers in the EEA and the UK
Zyra and the premium requests are digital content and digital services. When you buy them, you ask for them to be supplied straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has started. Google Play asks for this consent at checkout where the law requires it.
This does not affect your legal rights if the app or a purchase is faulty or not as described.
7.Updates and compatibility
- We update Zyra regularly to add icons, widgets and fixes. We may change, improve or remove features, as long as the app keeps working as described for its main purpose.
- Zyra works with the main Android launchers, such as Nova Launcher, Lawnchair, Niagara and Smart Launcher. Some launchers and phone brands don't support icon packs natively and may need an extra app to change icons. Check compatibility with your launcher before buying.
- We can't guarantee an icon for every app installed on your device.
- Widgets depend on Android and on the data sources they use. Changes in Android or in those services may temporarily affect them.
8.Intellectual property
The icons, widgets, wallpapers, graphics and code in Zyra are the original work of AKustom15 and are protected by copyright. Except for the license in section 4, all rights are reserved.
Many icons reinterpret the logos of third-party apps so you can recognize them on your home screen. Those brands and logos belong to their owners. Their use in Zyra doesn't mean that the owners are affiliated with or endorse AKustom15. If you own a brand and want an icon changed or removed, contact us.
9.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Extract, copy, share, redistribute, sell or sublicense Zyra's icons, widgets or wallpapers, or include them in other apps, icon packs, themes or products.
- Distribute copies of the app, or modify it to bypass the license check or the purchases.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Interfere with the services the app uses, or send icon requests that are abusive, automated or deliberately false.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may stop accepting your icon requests. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have.
10.Third-party services
Zyra relies on services from other companies, including Google Play (distribution and payments), Google Firebase (icon request records and notifications), Health Connect (activity data on your device), Open-Meteo (weather data) and the launcher you use. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.
11.Privacy
How Zyra uses your data, including the optional permissions and Health Connect, is explained in its Privacy Policy. Zyra shows no ads, doesn't use analytics and doesn't require an account.
12.Warranty and liability
We work to keep Zyra working well and as described on Google Play. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or another country with similar laws, you have a legal guarantee that the app and your purchases conform to their description. These Terms don't limit that guarantee.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for problems caused by your device, your launcher, third-party services, or uses of the app not allowed by these Terms. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

14.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the version in force. If a change materially affects your rights, we will announce it in the app or on Google Play before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to purchases you made before them.
