- GlassWave is a paid app sold on Google Play. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use it.
- Inside the app you can buy optional packs of premium icon requests. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
- Google Play handles all payments and refunds. We never see your card details.
- The icons, widgets and wallpapers are our original work. You can use them on your own devices, but you can't redistribute or resell them.

1.About these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to GlassWave Icon Pack ("GlassWave" or "the app"), the Android app with package name com.akustom15.glasswave, distributed through Google Play. They apply only to this app.
By downloading, installing or using GlassWave, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Your purchase on Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
2.Who provides GlassWave
GlassWave is developed and sold by an individual developer acting as a trader under European Union and United Kingdom consumer law.

The full postal address and phone number of the trader appear in the developer details of the GlassWave listing on Google Play.
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AKustom15, and "you" means the person using the app.
3.What GlassWave includes
GlassWave is a home-screen customization app with a glassmorphic style. It includes:
- An icon pack that you apply through a compatible Android launcher.
- Widgets for KWGT, designed to match the icons (see below).
- A wallpaper catalog that you can apply from the app.
- Icon requests: you can ask for icons for apps that don't have one yet. A number of requests are free, and you can buy extra premium requests (see section 5).
The number of icons, widgets and wallpapers grows over time and is shown on the Google Play listing.
About the KWGT widgets
GlassWave's widgets are presets for KWGT, a separate app made by another developer. To use them you need KWGT and, to load widgets from packs like this one, its paid upgrade KWGT Pro. Both are sold separately on Google Play and are not part of your GlassWave purchase. We are not responsible for KWGT, its price or its availability. The icon pack and wallpapers work without KWGT.
4.Purchase and license
GlassWave is a paid app. You buy it once through Google Play, at the price shown there in your local currency, including any taxes Google Play applies.
When you buy GlassWave, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app, and the icons, widgets and wallpapers it contains, on Android devices linked to the Google account you used to buy it. The license is for your personal, non-commercial use. You don't acquire ownership of the app or its content.
License check
To protect the app against piracy, GlassWave asks Google Play, through our verification server, whether your Google account bought the app. The app is only blocked when Google confirms that the account did not buy it. If the check can't be completed, for example without an internet connection, the app keeps working. Icon requests always need this check to succeed, so they require an internet connection.
Modified copies or copies obtained from sources other than Google Play may not work and are not covered by these Terms.
6.Refunds and right of withdrawal
All payments are processed by Google Play. Refunds for the app and for in-app purchases are handled under the Google Play refund policies. You can usually request a refund directly from Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase.
After that period, you can still write to us. If a purchase didn't work as described, or we couldn't deliver the icons you paid for, we will try to solve it, and where appropriate we will help you get a refund.
Consumers in the EEA and the UK
GlassWave and the premium requests are digital content and digital services. When you buy them, you ask for them to be supplied straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has started. Google Play asks for this consent at checkout where the law requires it.
This does not affect your legal rights if the app or a purchase is faulty or not as described.
7.Updates and compatibility
- We update GlassWave regularly to add icons, widgets and fixes. We may change, improve or remove features, as long as the app keeps working as described for its main purpose.
- GlassWave works with Android launchers that support icon packs, such as Nova Launcher, Lawnchair, Niagara and Smart Launcher. Some launchers and phone brands don't support icon packs natively and may need an extra app to change icons. Check compatibility with your launcher before buying.
- We can't guarantee an icon for every app installed on your device.
- The KWGT widgets depend on KWGT. Changes in KWGT or in Android may temporarily affect them.
8.Intellectual property
The icons, widgets, wallpapers, graphics and code in GlassWave are the original work of AKustom15 and are protected by copyright. Except for the license in section 4, all rights are reserved.
Many icons reinterpret the logos of third-party apps so you can recognize them on your home screen. Those brands and logos belong to their owners. Their use in GlassWave doesn't mean that the owners are affiliated with or endorse AKustom15. KWGT is a product of its own developer. If you own a brand and want an icon changed or removed, contact us.
9.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Extract, copy, share, redistribute, sell or sublicense GlassWave's icons, widgets or wallpapers, or include them in other apps, icon packs, themes or products.
- Distribute copies of the app, or modify it to bypass the license check, the request limits or the purchases.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Interfere with our servers or the other services the app uses, or send icon requests that are abusive, automated or deliberately false.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may stop accepting your icon requests. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have.
10.Third-party services
GlassWave relies on services from other companies, including Google Play (distribution, payments and license checks), Google Play Integrity (confirming the app is genuine), Google Firebase (notifications and app protection), Supabase (hosting of our verification and icon request server), GitHub (wallpaper catalog and app settings), KWGT and the launcher you use. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.
11.Privacy
How GlassWave uses your data, including icon requests and license checks, is explained in its Privacy Policy. GlassWave shows no ads, doesn't use analytics and doesn't require an account.
12.Warranty and liability
We work to keep GlassWave working well and as described on Google Play. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or another country with similar laws, you have a legal guarantee that the app and your purchases conform to their description. These Terms don't limit that guarantee.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for problems caused by your device, your launcher, KWGT, other third-party services, or uses of the app not allowed by these Terms. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

14.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the version in force. If a change materially affects your rights, we will announce it in the app or on Google Play before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to purchases you made before them.
